2. Box delivery to customer
After consulting the address to receive the box, the required number of boxes, and the destination country, the Magic Box package will be sent by courier, and additional boxes can be purchased. Please make sure to check whether the contract is enclosed with the product you received by courier.
3. Packaging
The magic box you received must be packed in a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. · If the weight limit is exceeded, please note that Korea international Shipping will arbitrarily divide the box into two. In the contract, be sure to include your contact information and MAIL address, the contact information of the local recipient, and the MAIL address or contact information of your acquaintances. Additional charges may be incurred if the storage service is performed locally due to not entering the contact information.
4. Pick-up and warehousing
On-site pickup is carried out according to the date the cargo is packed, and it is delivered to the logistics warehouse, and is loaded into the container after inspection.
5. Shipment and Arrival
After loading the container, it will depart to the destination country. We will send you a shipment information email, so you can check the estimated arrival date by email.
6. Customs clearance
When the container arrives in the destination country, customs clearance is carried out at the local customs. If it is used for commercial purposes or loaded with newly purchased cargo, taxes or incidental charges may be incurred at customs clearance. In this case, you can attend the customs in person, and customs duties and other inspection costs incurred during customs inspection are borne by the customer. We ask for your understanding that advance notice is not possible in case of warehouse charges in CY (CONTAINER YARD) due to random screening tests in China/USA and delivery delays in outlying areas. In the United States, there is a basic quarantine fee, and in China, there may be a quarantine fee.
07. Local Delivery Information
Koji will send an email to the local recipient after confirming your shipping address in the US once more.
- USA: Shipping is via UPS.
- China : Delivery is carried out by Korea International Shipping’s Chinese branch.
* Additional charges may be incurred depending on t he delivery address. (Example: If there is no elevator on the 2nd floor or higher. When you request insurance due to the use of a building, you cannot enter the t railer, etc.)
